The Pro Bowl culminates in a 7-on-7 game of flag football with the best of the AFC vs. the best of the NFC (minus, of course, Super Bowl-bound players from the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles).

How to watch the NFL Pro Bowl in the US
The NFL Pro Bowl Games will be simulcast on ABC and ESPN in the US. The coverage will kick off on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET and will run until 6 p.m. Fans without cable can live stream the event through services like ESPN Plus, Sling TV, DirecTV Stream, or Fubo.
ESPN Plus is the cheapest of the bunch. Subscriptions start at $12/month and unlock tons of coverage, including select NFL games, college sporting events, and UFC coverage. You can sign up for an annual plan to unlock some savings.
