- OpenAI has announced the launch of NeuraNet, a new AI-powered social platform focused on thoughtful interaction and creativity. Unlike traditional social media, NeuraNet aims to encourage deeper conversation, idea sharing, and collaboration—with help from OpenAI’s GPT-5 technology.
Users can co-write content with AI, join interest-based “Mindspaces,” and explore community prompts that inspire discussion and creativity. The platform uses real-time AI moderation to reduce toxic content and is ad-free by default.
“We built NeuraNet for people who want more meaningful, productive time online,” said an OpenAI spokesperson.
Currently in private beta, NeuraNet will be available to the public later this year.
